The Viognier, from the Northern Golan Heights, was fermented in oak barrels and the Chenin Blanc from Southern Golan Heights, was fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine has the fragrant aroma and mouth feel of the Viognier, with the crispness of the Chenin Blanc.
This interesting blend is an aromatic and complex with a clean, refreshing finish.
